In cooperation with our partner DJM B.V. we present an innovative solution:

Printing on a folding box that has already been coated with UV varnish. Experience live how it is first treated with Openair-Plasma® and then printed with additional information.

This system, developed together with DJM and built for drupa, uses the PFW70 slot die, which is suitable for wide or full-surface applications. Both the PFW70 and PFW100 perform uniform pretreatment over a width of 70-100 mm per plasma nozzle at relative speeds of up to 200 m/min. The modular arrangement of multiple nozzles provides flexibility in treatment width and speed.

包装工业面临着不断提高的对设计和质量的要求。制造商越来越多的利用高光泽印刷,软触表面或全息图案来吸引客户。在一些带视窗的包装上还需组合使用多种材料。

这些材料必须有效、高速而又可靠的粘接在一起。这就要求有一种高性能,稳定可靠的表面预处理工艺:这就是Openair® 等离子工艺。

当在线集成到生产线后,等离子处理可以为后续工艺,比如粘接,印刷或复合提供理想的表面状态。

覆膜或涂层纸板的糊盒:Openair® 等离子工艺在糊盒机上的应用

目前的纸盒包装,一般是通过对纸板进行印刷、加工、模切,然后在糊盒机中折叠糊盒。糊盒过程通过速度高达600米/分钟的高性能糊盒机完成。

即便使用冷胶,也可以很容易地直接粘合在纸板材料上。但是,如果纸板表面已经进行过深度加工,比如UV涂层或层压覆膜,就需要在另外的专门设备上,通过机械打孔、砂纸打磨等精细的机械工艺,把稍后要粘合的位置进行粗化处理。否则,胶水是无法在这些表面上粘合的。

把 Openair-Plasma® 技术集成到生产线中,可以显著地简化生产流程。等离子喷枪直接安装在高速糊盒机上,用来对折叠纸盒的胶缝区进行预处理。这样大大增加了表面张力,从而显著改善了粘合性;不管表面有涂层还是覆膜,常规使用的冷胶都可以轻松粘合。

装填设备中直接对包装盒进行粘接:Openair® 等离子处理使快速粘合成为可能

在对印刷好并预折叠的包装盒进行装填之前,要把它立起并打开,如果必要还要进行粘合。由于处理速度快,设备设计紧凑,因此这一阶段使用的胶水必须在最短的时间产生粘合效果。

Openair-Plasma® 技术增加了表面的张力,不管物体表面的特性如何,都可以获得快速而卓越的粘合结果。因此,使用等离子预处理技术,可以对具有UV涂层的、或者覆膜的包装盒进行处理。
